Terms of Use

Plain-language terms for using PayAppPro.

Last Updated: 11/30/2025

Welcome to PayAppPro. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What PayAppPro Does

PayAppPro is an online platform that helps contractors, subcontractors, and project teams create, organize, store, and manage payment applications, including AIA-style G702 and G703-style documents.

We do not provide legal, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any documents you produce and for confirming that they meet your project and contract requirements.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use PayAppPro.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Content

You may upload or enter project details, pay app data, change orders, schedules of values, attachments, notes, and other materials (“User Content”). You retain full ownership of your User Content.

By using the platform, you grant us permission to store, process, and display your User Content as needed to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of it.

You agree not to upload or submit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or that contains viruses or other malicious code.

4. File Uploads

PayAppPro allows you to upload PDFs, images, and other supporting files. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload these files and that doing so does not violate confidentiality, contracts, or applicable laws.

5. Subscription & Payments

PayAppPro requires a paid plan. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Pricing, plan limits, and billing intervals are shown at checkout.

  • Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until you cancel.
  • One-time (non-renewing) plans provide access for the specified duration or limits.
  • You may cancel any time; however, a cancellation will not issue a refund for amounts already billed.
  • Access and usage limits (such as number of projects or pay apps) are based on your current subscription level.

6. No Professional Advice

The documents generated by PayAppPro are provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee that any form, export, or calculation complies with your contracts, laws, or regulations.

You should consult with your own legal, accounting, or other professional advisors before relying on any document for official purposes.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

  • Attempt to access or view data belonging to other users without authorization;
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scraping to access the platform without our consent;
  • Reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to bypass security or access controls;
  • Use PayAppPro in a way that could disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service or its security.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or misused the service.

8. Service Availability

We work to keep PayAppPro up and running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

PayAppPro is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, system outages, calculation errors, or delays in accessing the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayAppPro, Morton Technologies LLC, and their owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
  • Loss of data or business interruption.

In all cases, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for PayAppPro in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $0 for free users).

11. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time through the application or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use, misuse the service, or if we discontinue the service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time as the service evolves. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

If you continue using PayAppPro after updated terms are posted, you agree to the revised terms.
