  • Schedule of values (SOV) line items

  • Notes and comments you add to your projects or pay apps

Technical & Log Information

To protect the platform and understand usage, we may collect:

  • Pages viewed and basic usage data
  • Log activity related to sign-ins, important actions, and audit trails

Payment Information

We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. All sensitive payment information is handled securely by third-party payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal.

We may store non-sensitive payment metadata returned by those providers, such as:

  • Payment status
  • Transaction or payment IDs
  • Subscription IDs
  • Plan codes and pricing details

  • With trusted service providers who help us operate PayAppPro (for example, hosting providers, payment processors);

  • When you explicitly choose to share documents or data with others (for example, exporting and sending PDFs to your clients).

We keep your account information and project data while your account is active so that you can access your history and generate documents. If you close your account, we may retain certain records (such as audit logs, payment records, and security logs) as needed for legal, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.
